In my two decades of recruiting, I have successfully built strong relationships all over the U.S. with clients, candidates and many international organizations.  Over the past ten years, I have focused almost exclusively in the oil & gas, energy, manufacturing and petrochemical industries.  As a consultant, I have worked with large integrated companies and a wide range of mid-size firms, as well as private-equity start-ups. Tommie Divine-Alford is the founder of Longhorn Staffing Solutions. Most recently she served as the Director of Recruiting and Vice President of Site Services for CDI Corporation.  Tommie previously worked for Willbros and was instrumental in significantly improving the company's strategic workforce planning needs while attracting, retaining and recruiting a differentiated workforce at all levels.  Tommie is a member of several professional business associations, including the Global Recruiting Association, Global Energy Professionals, National Association of Women Owners, Women’s Energy Network and International HR Professionals – as well as many more.
